Patty Graham, Senior Quality Consultant at HealthPartners, has been involved in public health and social services in Minnesota for over 25 years. She has experience ranging from FQHC clinic and community-based programs to maternal child health coordination. Her experience has helped her to see the intersection between social justice, health care access and health outcomes. She works on projects to improve care to members enrolled in public health care programs and improve quality metrics for all HealthPartners members. Her work is focused on supporting access to health care for everyone, including cancer prevention and screening. She has a BA from the University of Iowa and lives in South Minneapolis with her family and two crazy pups.
