What determines health?  Only 10% of health outcomes come from clinical care. 40% of health outcomes come from social and economic factors – called social determinants. Inequities in social conditions lead to differences in health outcomes (health inequities).

The images below were displayed as posters at Cancer Summit Minnesota 2017 and attendees were encouraged to walk through the posters and learn about the inequities facing Minnesotans at this time.
