Join hundreds of Minnesotans from across the state in St. Paul on Wednesday, March 5th as we educate and advocate for the Minnesota Skin Cancer Prevention Act. Indoor tanning raises the risk of melanoma and is especially dangerous to children. In fact, tanning beds are a class 1 carcinogen, just like cigarettes.

In the morning, we’ll meet at the Embassy Suites where you’ll learn:

  • Facts about melanoma
  • The connection between tanning and skin cancer
  • How to talk about the issue
  • How to advocate

In the afternoon, you’ll meet with your lawmakers at the Capitol.
